CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
The Constitution protects our rights and limits federal power. America's greatness rests on enduring principles of liberty, individual rights, and limited government. I will uphold those principles and will not vote for any law that exceeds the authority granted by our Constitution.
ENERGY INDEPENDENCE AND FARMERS
Without coal and farmers, many West Virginian families would not be able to survive. I want West Virginia, and America to have a thriving economy, which is why we must be energy independent and support our famers. We cannot strip the economy by completing eliminating fossil fuels. And we must eliminate excessive regulations that make agriculture production and innovation more difficult. They limit farmers' and ranchers' ability to manage risk, work their land, and provide affordable food for American families. I will fight to build a better economy for the families of West Virginia.
GOVERNMENT SPENDING
American families make tough choices and cut household spending to make ends meet. They deserve a Congress willing to show the same fiscal discipline.
PRO-SECOND AMENDMENT
I strongly support the Second Amendment.
PRO-LIFE
